Disabled Transport & Travel

 Nightingale offers prompt and safe transportation in a car or wheelchair van, as well as companion escort services for both routine trips and long range travel. We are based in Escondido and serve the entire San Diego Area.

Companion Transport
  • Round-trip transportation
  • Companion is provided to to pick you up from your home and assist the client throughout the appointment
  • Wheelchair van is available upon request
Companion Travel
  • A skilled LVN, CNA, caregiver or companion will escort and assist the client during tailored travel arrangements
  • Assistance with personal care is included during travel
  • Companion will act as a liaison between family members, travel arrangers, the facility's staff and medical professionals
